Pricing & Payment Options
We believe quality healthcare should be transparent and easy to understand. Whether you choose to use insurance or pay directly, we'll help you understand your options before your visit.
Insurance
Milestone Medicine accepts most major insurance plans for eligible medical services.
Your coverage, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket costs are determined by your individual insurance plan. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier to verify your benefits prior to your appointment.
If we're out of network with your insurance, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Self-Pay (Cash-Pay)
For patients without insurance—or those choosing not to use their insurance—we offer transparent self-pay pricing with no surprise bills.
